One-on-one coaching is done over the phone via pre-scheduled appointments ... an efficient and effective approach for your busy schedule. You can choose the plan with the call frequency and call length that is right for you and your situation.

We both need to know how we might best work together. I want to understand your motivations and what you want to achieve; you probably want to know how we will relate to each other and if coaching is right for you. This has to be an investment opportunity for both of us!

The best way to get started is to fill out my Pre-Coaching Questionnaire. I'll schedule your free phone consultation ... the only cost to you is the phone call and 30 minutes of your time.

• Unlimited coaching interaction via e-mail
• Unlimited 5-minute spot coaching sessions by phone
• For long term clients, fees are discounted after 6 months!
